Cassandra is a fairly normal, if quiet girl for the most part. There are three things well worth noting about her though:
1. Due to a terrible childhood (here be spoilery sordid details), Cassandra's first language was body language. When she looks at a person, she's able to read what they mean from the way they move (or don't, as the case may be). It's not really a form of telepathy, but since very few people are as fluent in body language as she is, very few people can actually lie to her and she tends to pick up on a lot of things just by watching people. It also means that, while she learned to speak at age 15, she still relies on watching people to get most of what they mean. If she's not looking at someone, chances are she'll miss almost all linguistic subtleties (such as teasing or sarcasm).
2. A side-effect of not speaking a verbal language until she was 15, Cassandra is illiterate. Not functionally illiterate, but literally so. She has a rudimentary grasp of the English alphabet, but that's about it.
3. Thanks to constant training, Cassandra is near the peak of human physical ability for someone of her build. While she's only human, she has the physical abilities of an Olympic athlete, but she has them in multiple areas. She's also trained in a huge number of hand-to-hand fighting styles, and she can learn new styles simply by watching someone use them.
For those familiar with canon, Cassandra comes to Fandom from the end of Batgirl's run.
